Hey all, I will probably be putting a lot of pictures on here because it is easier for Sean to see the pics on here than to download the ones I send him as he has a slower connection. So here are a few. Logan was getting a bath in the sink. We don't have a bathtub for him here, so the sink it was. He didn't seem to mind. Logan's new shades also came in the mail yesterday so we had a little fashion show for daddy. And the dogs were feeling a little frisky this morning and wanted to play with Logan. That is about it for now, Logan had a lot of fun last night at the Mall of America cheering Sara on (she was trying out for Vikings Cheerleading). Cousin Cameron and auntie Molly came and we had a good time as many of my friends were there as well. I didn't get any pics of that, but I think my friends might have. Take care everyone!!

Minnesota

Hello all! Well, we made it to Minnesota and have been having a fun time. Sean left almost a week ago and we miss him a lot. Logan and I are just trying to get a new routine down now that we are here. It's been tough but its really nice to have family around. I have been hanging out with Molly and Cameron a lot. It's fun watching the babies together. We also had a fun time at Erik's (Sean's brother) having a little gathering for Sean and then Cayden's birthday party. I have been able to talk to Sean quite a bit, which is nice, but they haven't started working yet, so I'm sure he'll get busier in the passing days. Skype doesn't work all that well. We got it to work a little bit today as we could hear each other but the video is extremely slow. It is better than nothing though.
Now I am trying to get my paper done for my class which has proved extremely hard but hopefully I will get a handle on it soon. We are looking forward to spending time with family and friends and going up to the lake. Thank you everyone for the love and support during Sean's deployment. Make sure to send Sean emails as he can read them and would love to hear from people. I also have an address for him if you'd like to send him anything. That's all for now! Take care!

MN bound

Hello Everyone,

Well the time is nearing soon for us to make the eastward voyage again. Erik is flying out on Monday to help me drive back and then KT and Logan are flying in on wednesday. Toulie will be coming with me and Erik.
Thanks for all the well wishes and support on my latest mission. It was an awesome mission and knowing the guy wouldn't have made it had we not gone is a good feeling. We literally worked to save his life until the ER door opened and we passed him off. I heard he is doing well and recovering though so that's good news. I'll have to write more someday about it. I guess that's just one of the reasons I do this job; so hopefully Logan has someone to look up to and admire someday...
Anyway, here are some recent pics of the greatest thing that ever happened to KT and I...

The Easter Mission

Hello everyone. I hope you are all having a wonderful Easter weekend so far. As some of you know, Sean is on a rescue mission right now. He left early on Thursday and probably won't be home until Monday. You can go here to read about it and see some pics http://www.129rqw.ang.af.mil/news/story.asp?id=123198200. I was very nervous because I knew he would be jumping out of the C-130 (coast guard airplane) at night, into the dark ocean. But those guys are so good at what they do, they made it to the sailboat safely and stabilized their patient. Now how many people get to say they saved someone's life on Easter weekend? I am so proud to have such a selfless husband.
So what are Logan and I going to do all by our lonesome?? Don't worry, we won't be alone. We are going up to Sacramento to celebrate with the Harts (Bevan's dad and step-mom). It seems like every time I am alone out here and there is some big holiday, either Amy Jo's or Bevan's, (or both) take me under their wing. They are so awesome and I love them all like my own family. I will dearly miss spending Easter at home with my family though, I always loved my mom's cooking and watching the 10 Commandments (with Charleton Heston) with my dad.
Anyway, we are heading out soon, just wanted to send a little update your way.
Hugs,
Katie and Logan
